Raffle for a chance to win a new Gibson guitar! Crash Course Karaoke will host a promotional Gibson Guitar swarm event titled "Live-Band Karaoke: In the Raw" at Kenny's Castaways on Sunday December 26, 2010 from 8 PM to 1 AM, no cover charge.

A raffle winner among our singers will win a chance to win a new Gibson guitar. Gibson will provide t-shirts to be worn by all participants at the event, which will be videotaped, put on YouTube and submitted to Gibson.

To be clear, we expect to be competing with other swarm events and only one event will win the guitar. If our event wins, we will award the guitar to our raffle winner, so consider it as a two-stage process. Here is a link to info about the new Firebird X Gibson guitar, the type of guitar that Gibson will be giving away: http://www.gibson.com Raffle contestants must be present at the drawing at our event to win a chance at winning the guitar; drawing will occur sometime between midnight and 1 AM.

Each singer can have only one raffle entry, so a singer's chance will not depend on how many times the singer sings. We will focus on getting everyone to sing at least once at the event.

Another rockin' Sunday yo... That's what's up! Come on by Kenny's this Sunday, for some more rockin' fun. 8:00pm-1:00am.

Like my 'date'? He's not smiling 'cause I just gave him some not-so-fun news... Crash Course will NOT be Kenny's this Sunday, Nov. 14th, due to a music festival happening there already.

However, CCK WILL return Sun., Nov. 21st! Maybe that'll get my 'date' to smile...

Also, save the date - Sun., Dec. 5th @ 7:00pm. Our 'very own' John D. will be performing a set with CCK, before their regularly scheduled program. Stay tuned...
